How to Prevent Dry and Sensitive Skin :

- Should friends do not too often cleans the skin or wash your face, as if too often to clean the skin with soap, your skin will lose moisture naturally and make your skindry and unhealthy. And use warm water in washing the face.

- Better use a moisturizer every day. If the companions have the kind of sensitive skin, you should use a moisturizer that does not contain perfume or lanoli.

- Use sunscreen when friends are out of the room or open air. You should use a sunscreen that has SPF of at least SPF 15.

- Avoid massaging the skin with a strong and do not use a scrub

- Avoid drinks that contain caffeine
